Woodnewton Pottery offers 2 courses every Tuesday.

9.30 am. to 12 noon. £10.00

7.30 pm. to 9.30 pm. £8.00

The classes are run on a pay by the day basis going right through the year stopping only at Christmas. Students are free to follow their own direction from sculpture to hand building pottery as well as working on the wheel. We use a number of different clays including paper clay and the studio has enough space for large projects to be undertaken.

From time to time the pottery offers short courses which vary in length from a couple of hours to several days. These can be for a family or can be a team building session for a group of work colleagues. Each such course is tailored to the wishes of the participants and usually includes lunch and refreshments. Rob Bibby also runs occassional glazing courses which aim to explain the complications of glazing and decorating pottery in a straightforward way.
